Marian Mitchell
Health Coach
She specializes in helping our patients implement the diet side of our treatment plans. She can take any set of food restrictions (due to intolerances, allergies, SIBO, and other disorders) and does all the hard work for you. She supports you by providing you meal plans, recipes, dining out, and travel guides so that you can live your life and get healthy all at the same time
Heather Mitchell
Office Ninja
Heather has over 15 years of experience in Medical front and back-office support and billing. Her extensive background allows us to serve our patients with the best coordination of care and help keep it affordable for our patients. Our office ninja is an expert at getting our patients the best deals in practically everything, including labs, imaging, medications, supplements.
She coordinates with our mobile phlebotomy companies that are often drawing 2-5 different sets of labs in a patient’s home (ensuring safety, comfort, and convenience). All of this while also pushing through pre-authorizations and fixing issues that arise on the back end including issues with labs, imaging, insurance, referral coordination, pharmacy issues, etc.
